H. Michael Anderson and Julie Dewberry join WMG, Inc.

WMG, Inc is pleased to announce the addition of two highly qualified engineering professionals to its
staff. H. Michael Anderson, an industry veteran with over 25-years experience, is a well known and
respected radiation protection and radwaste professional; and Julie Dewberry, an experienced Senior
Mechanical Engineer possessing over 15 years experience serving the DOE in Richland, Washington.
Mr. Anderson joins WMG to manage and engineer a new business line that WMG plans to introduce to the
commercial nuclear industry later this summer. His responsibilities include project development and
management, regulatory compliance, and client support. Ms Dewberry will serve as our lead package
design and licensing engineer and will be tasked with managing our engineering services from our newly
opened office in Hanford, Washington. "We are very pleased to have such strong talented people added
to our team. They are both well-rounded individuals and very experienced within their disciplines. We
expect they will certainly bring huge benefits to the clients we serve" says Kevin Tuite, President and CEO.

STUDSVIK Award - WMG Awarded Major Transportation Oversight Project
Packaging, Characterization for Bruce Power's 16 CANDU Steam Generators

Studsvik AB has selected WMG, Inc to perform the characterization, package qualification, and transportation oversight for
16 CANDU Reactor Steam Generators that will be shipped from the Canada’s Bruce Power Nuclear Facility to Studsvik AB's
facility located in Nyköping, Sweden.
As part of its contract with Studsvik AB, WMG will perform preliminary engineering assessments and final characterization
for each of the 16 CANDU Steam Generators. Most significantly, under a "special arrangement" standard with the Canadian
Regulatory Authority, WMG is responsible to complete the engineering evaluations, generate the supporting calculations,
and the requisite documentation that will authenticate each Steam Generator as being a qualified "package." Lastly, as part
of its oversight responsibilities, WMG will generate the required transportation documentation necessary to accompany
international shipments of this type.

Tom Duberville joins WMG as Director of Business Development

WMG announced that Tom Duberville has joined the company as Director of Business Development, Marketing, and
Sales. Working from his office in downtown Chicago, Tom has taken on the responsibility for WMG's North
American business and sales activities to the commercial nuclear industry.
Tom is a highly respected and well known Radwaste Professional and he comes to WMG with more than 25 years of
experience. His career began at the Beaver Valley Power Station where he served as a Senior Health Physics
Technician and soon after as Radiological Controls Supervisor. Later, Tom was a HP Specialist at Detroit
Edison's Fermi Nuclear Power Station. He would soon take on the responsibility as the Station's first Radwaste
Supervisor. His career changed direction in 1988 when he took on the Business Development and Marketing
responsibilities at Chem-Nuclear, NUKEM Corporation, and Graver Technologies. Mr. Duberville obtained his
education from Eastern Michigan University. Kevin Tuite, WMG's President was recently quoted saying "Tom is
just what WMG needs to support our company's aggressive plan for growth. He is well known throughout our industry,
and we expect that he will strengthen our customer relationships and ultimately expand WMG's reach within our industry."

WMG Announces Hiring of David Gilson as Decommissioning General Manager

WMG, Inc. is pleased to announce that David Gilson, formerly Senior Manager of Waste Operations for EnergySolutions,
has joined the WMG team as the Decommissioning General Manager. Mr. Gilson brings to WMG an extensive background in
all areas of radioactive waste management. After four years in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Gilson began his
nuclear career in 1983 with Southern California Edison at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). In 1996 Mr.
Gilson left SCE and spent four years as a manager at what is now EnergySolutions Clive disposal site. In 2000 Mr.
Gilson returned to SONGS where he was the Rad Waste Engineer and Supervisor for the San Onofre Unit 1 Decommissioning
project. Over the course of his career Mr. Gilson has amassed an impressive array of experience in all phases of radioactive
waste management from initial planning through operations and transportation to disposal with particular expertise in
large-scale decommissioning projects. As noted, prior to joining WMG Mr. Gilson was Senior Manager of Waste Operations
for EnergySolutions where he had responsibility for the Rancho Seco Reactor Building Decommissioning and the Detroit
Edison Fermi Unit 1 Reactor Vessel Segmentation and Component Removal projects. At EnergySolutions Mr. Gilson was a
key member of the ZionSolutions management team for the planning and ultimate execution of the Zion Nuclear Station
Decommissioning Project.
As the Decommissioning General Manager for WMG Mr. Gilson has responsibility for a wide range decommissioning related
projects within the WMG company. Mr. Gilson also has overall responsibility for the Western region western region office
which will be opened in the Salt Lake City area.

Administrator's Award for Excellence presented to WMG, Inc. by US Small Business Administration

WMG, Inc. has been awarded the US Small Business Administration (SBA) "Administrator's Award for Excellence"
for the year 2003. The Award of Excellence celebrates the company for its skilled workers, professionalism,
and commitment to surpassing the client's expectations. The award was presented to the company at the SBA's
National Entrepreneurial Conference and Expo in Washington, D.C. during September of 2003. This award
distinguished WMG, Inc. as one of the top small business contractors in the New York/New Jersey area.
WMG was nominated for its outstanding work on the University of Virginia’s Research Reactor Decommissioning
Project. Ralph Allen, Director of the Office of Environmental Health and Safety for the University and Chair
of the Decommissioning Committee, said WMG’s work on the disposal of the reactor components was
"viewed as the most challenging piece of our decommissioning project." He added, "That success was due in no
small part to the dedicated efforts and excellent support enjoyed by our relationship with WMG staff on this
project. The level of professionalism and commitment to performance of the work as safely as possible was exceptional."
